The SIGCOM Newsletter is a quarterly forum providing up-to-date information on recent developments with topical and regional SIGs. It also reports on cutting-edge research results of our members in the form of dubble-blind review articles, event reports, and book reviews. Submissions are to be sent electronically to one of the Editors with the indication of the type of the intended publication.
