LeadershipThe activities of INNS are overseen by the Board of Governors, as outlined in the INNS Bylaws. Governors-at-Large are elected for a term of three years. One-third of the elected Governors-at-Large shall be elected each year or as close to one-third as possible. BoG members are invited to serve a maximum of three consecutive 3-year terms, after which, the member must sit out at least one term.
